A Diet that will Get you Ripped Fast

Have you sat there wondering why you just cannot get as ripped and clean cut as the people you watch on television performing in movies and sports? Sure you probably are sitting there reading this saying that you want a six pack fast while do nothing about it, but is it not time to get serious and put forth the effort to better yourself as a whole? Then how about toning those muscles out to lean mass, get ripped, and actually look impressive and have the strength to back up those abs you are going to be so proud of.

Sure getting ripped and gaining strength requires a lot of various exercise programs, but let’s focus on what is fueling your body and keeping you in top shape to actually exercise and grow. Everyone hears the same old spew about calories are bad, horrible, etc. and let me tell you the secret to them, and that is they are bad to an extent! Calories are needed for energy to get your body up and going, but you only need so many to supply that energy. The rest are just going nowhere and will turn that six pack of yours into a one pack by the time you hit your thirties.

How to get ripped fast? Diet is the answer!

So how to prevent this and lose excess weight that will leave only lean muscle and ripped abs? You will not like this very much, but the answer is unfortunately vegetables. I know, I dislike them just as much as anybody else who wants to stay healthy and lean, but this is just how it has to be if you are serious about wanting to get ripped fast and staying healthy. Vegetables are low in calories and contain phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, and fiber to refuel your body before, during, and after your training.

Eventually you will be able to add small portions of protein once your body weight has shifted to the point you want it at weight wise. Even those who are already slim can do this type of dieting because you will get everything you need in order to stay healthy and have energy at the gym. Now what you do is fill yourself up with vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, carrots, bok choy, cabbage, spinach, and even celery as well. All of these vegetables are able to be eaten in whatever amount you want, and there are more but these are the ones you will see most of.

As mentioned, you can add portions of protein such as fish and chicken to your vegetable diet, but try to stay away from beef and pork while sticking to lean choices of protein. Keep the flavorings simple and do not go drenching your veggies in ranch regardless if it is low fat or not! Try to use something like olive oil instead and sprinkle some citrus juice to get some taste. If you want to use salt try to hold back the craving and use ginger instead in place of it. Ginger may sound weird, but I have tested the theory that has been going around and it does work for flavoring as long as you only use minute amounts. Also ginger is just a great fat burner in general!

So now you know what must be done, the question of how to get ripped has been answered. The sacrifices you have to make to lose weight and tone your muscles are great but emember that this is a strong change in your diet, and if you have any medical concerns consult a physician prior to make such drastic changes.
